How CleanTENGflight handles account, search, and request information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use CleanTENGflight Research Assistant and related account features.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your email address, phone number, display name, sign-in method, search queries, request submissions, and service interaction records such as direct PDF clicks or request completions.

我们可能收集邮箱、手机号、显示名称、登录方式、检索词、人工工单内容，以及 PDF 点击、来源页跳转、工单完成等服务交互记录。

2. Information we do not intentionally display

我们不会主动展示的内容

We do not expose your password in the product interface. We also do not publish third-party OAuth credentials, access tokens, or verification codes in public pages.

我们不会在前端界面展示你的密码，也不会公开展示第三方 OAuth 凭证、访问令牌或验证码。

3. How we use information

信息用途

Account access

We use account details to authenticate users, support password sign-in, verification-code sign-in, and third-party sign-in such as Google or Apple when enabled.

用于登录认证，包括密码登录、验证码登录，以及在启用时使用 Google 或 Apple 登录。

Search and retrieval workflow

We use search queries, DOI data, and request submissions to return literature results, route unresolved cases, and deliver retrieval updates.

Welcome and notification emails

We may send welcome emails after account creation or first-time third-party sign-in, and notify you when manual retrieval work orders are completed.

我们可能在注册成功或首次第三方登录后发送欢迎邮件，并在人工工单完成后发送通知邮件。

Service operations

We may review non-private activity such as sign-ins, searches, and request status changes to operate the service, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

4. Third-party services

第三方服务

When enabled, Google and Apple sign-in are provided through their own authentication services. Email notifications may be delivered through our configured email provider. SMS verification, when enabled, may be delivered through a third-party messaging provider.

启用时，Google 和 Apple 登录通过其各自认证服务提供。邮件通知通过我们配置的邮件服务商发送；短信验证码启用后，可能通过第三方短信服务商发送。

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only when needed to operate authentication, email delivery, SMS delivery, hosting, or basic infrastructure.

6. Retention and security

We retain account, request, and activity records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain continuity of manual retrieval requests, provide account access, and address abuse or support issues.

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

You may choose whether to create an account, whether to use password login or third-party login, and whether to submit a manual retrieval request.
